A number of community organizations run by Métis citizens have undertaken festivals and days of celebration across the province. The Prince Albert Métis Fall Festival , the Métis Spring Fest in Saskatoon, Métis Days at St. Victoire by Assiniboia, Lebret Days; Crescent Lake area but a few of these activities. In northwest Saskatchewan community members gather for Palmbere Days held each year at Palmbere Lake. The Métis Nation - Saskatchewan proudly hosts Back to Batoche Days each year in July. These celebrations along with events across the Homeland remind us of the rich cultural traditions we have inherited. We encourage you to participate wherever possible and to show support to the many volunteers that make these celebrations possible.
