Métis Employment & Training of Saskatchewan Inc. (METSI) is operated by Métis for Métis. It operates 12 regional offices throughout Saskatchewan as well as a number of outreach offices in order to better serve the unique employment needs of Métis individuals and communities.

Through a partnership with Human Resources Development Canada, METSI is mandated to provide educational programs and services through the development of on-going training programs and employment opportunities. METSI regional offices provide services such as Career Counselling, Employment Preparation, Résumé Writing, Job Referrals, Job Postings and Access to Financial Support for eligible clients.
